To Book
Contact us at 705-380-2521 or info@clearlakevillageresort.com to book. We take deposits by cheque, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A 50% deposit is required when booking, with the balance due one month prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes the unforeseeable occurs and we try our hardest to accommodate such events. If we are able to fill your spot, any funds paid may be used towards vacationing with us any other time. In the event that we cannot fill your spot, the full amount of the rental must be forfeited.

Pet Policy
We can accommodate some well behaved pets, please enquire.

What Is Supplied / What To Bring
We supply blankets and pillows and ask that you bring sheets, pillowcases and towels. 
Please also remember:
• Phosphate free dish cleaning supplies, towels, soap, etc...
• DVDs (each cottage is equipped with a TV and DVD player, although only the Black Cottage has satellite television reception)
• 1 Ply Toilet Paper (we are on a septic system) - (we do supply some also!)
• Board Games
• Fishing Rods
• Life Jackets (although we have some available, life jackets should be properly fitted to ensure appropriate protection)
• Drinking water - all cottages are serviced with hot and cold non-potable water
