Four Season Cottages!


 

The Village is set on more than 12 forested acres on beautiful Clear Lake, just minutes from Bala, Port Carling and Gravenhurst, in the heart of the Muskokas.  Clear Lake is a sparkling, spring-fed lake well known for its crystal clear waters, hard sand bottom and great bass fishing.  The Village consists of seven well kept cottages built in the classic Muskoka tradition. Five additional cottages will be constructed, tucked nicely into the property’s beautifully wooded landscape.  At the waterfront, sundecks and a natural sand beach provide a place for relaxation while the beach volleyball court, horseshoe pits and children’s playground provide for ample activity. Other facilities include a boathouse, docks and a fully fenced tennis court.
